Processing times

• Pieces in stock ship within 1-2 business days.
• Made-to-order and custom pieces ship in 14 business days. Your product page shows the lead time for that specific piece.

Shipping

All orders ship fully insured, with signature required on delivery. Complimentary insured shipping is included on every order within the United States.

We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped, and we cannot authorize delivery without a signature.

International orders

We ship to the destinations available at checkout. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility. They are not included in the price or the shipping cost, and are not refundable if a package is refused.

Lost or stolen packages

Every shipment is insured. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update and we will file the insurance claim and replace or refund your piece.

Address accuracy

Enter your shipping address exactly. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
