1. Who we are

This website is operated by VVS & Co, LLC ("VVS & Co", "we", "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Products, stones and materials

Our pieces are made with moissanite, and with lab-grown or natural diamonds when stated on the product page. Moissanite is not a diamond: it is a distinct gemstone, and it is described as moissanite everywhere on this site. Where a piece is described as passing a standard handheld diamond tester, that is a property of the stone's thermal conductivity and is not a claim that the stone is a diamond.

Metals, stone grades, carat weights, dimensions and weights are listed on each product page. Handmade pieces carry small natural variations, and screen colors vary by device.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders, refunding you in full. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order, including orders that appear fraudulent.

5. Custom and bespoke work

Custom work begins only after you approve the design and the quote. Deposits on custom work are non-refundable. Completed custom pieces are final sale.

6. Warranty and care

Every piece is covered against manufacturing defects for 1 year from delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear, impact damage, loss, theft, or work done by a third party.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the VVS and VVS & Co marks, the VVS monogram, product photography and copy, belongs to VVS & Co, LLC and may not be used without written permission. Third-party marks shown on this site belong to their respective owners.

8. SMS and email marketing

If you opt in, you agree to receive recurring marketing messages at the number or address you provide, including messages sent by autodialer. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VVS & Co, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the piece in question.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

11. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page is the one that applies to your order.
